If your product arrives:
Faulty
Damaged
Leaking
Incorrect

We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including return postage if required.
We handle communication with Specialist Supplements Ltd on your behalf, so you do not need to contact them directly.
Due to the nature of food supplements and health products, we can only accept returns for change of mind if the item is:
Unopened
Unsealed
Unused
In its original packaging
In resaleable condition
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used supplements, unless the product is faulty.
You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order if you wish to return it.
You then have 14 days to return the item to the fulfilment centre (we will provide the correct address).
Return postage for change-of-mind returns is the customer’s responsibility.
Refunds are issued once the item has been safely returned and inspected.
We cannot accept returns for:
Opened or partially used supplements
Items with broken safety seals
Products not returned in their original packaging
Gift cards or digital items (if used)
This does not affect your legal rights for faulty items.

Specialist Supplements Ltd cannot accept unauthorised returns.
Once your returned item is received and approved:
Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Processing usually takes 3–7 working days
Some banks may take longer to display the refund
Shipping costs are refunded only for:
Faulty products
Incorrect items
Items not as described
Change-of-mind returns do not include a refund of original shipping costs.
If your order does not arrive:
Check tracking (if provided)
Check with neighbours or local depots

If the courier or Specialist Supplements confirms the parcel was lost, we will offer:
A replacement, or
A full refund
We guarantee that you will receive your order.
We only offer exchanges for:
Faulty items
Damaged items
Incorrect items
For all other reasons, please request a refund and place a new order.
Because products are drop shipped by Specialist Supplements Ltd, your return must be sent to their designated fulfilment address, which we will supply once your return is approved.
Do not return items to Your Spinal Health Carlisle Ltd; we cannot accept returns at our registered office.
